I. Main Content
Statistics in this chapter include the GDP of Beijing, added value of some emerging sectors, added value of different sectors, residents¡¯ consumption level, total productivity, contribution rate of three industries in previous years. Among them, the GDP of Beijing is calculated by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Statistics using different measures according to statistical data, accounting data and financial data of different sectors.
II. Adjustment to Historical Statistics
Figures of GDP 1997-2008 and grouping data have been corrected in accordance with the national uniform regulation and the results of ¡°the 2nd National Economic Census in Beijing¡± and ¡°the 2nd National Agricultural Census in Beijing¡±.
2006-2010 per-capita GDP figures were adjusted according to figures from the 6th national census.
The data of 2013 was adjusted to be the statistics for the 3rd National Economic Census.
¢ó.Explanation on Changes of Statistical Standards
(I) Industrial Classification. As regulated by National Bureau of Statistics, Classification of National Economic Sectors Standard GB/T 4754-2011 shall be adopted and accounting shall follow the standards.
(II) Classification of Three Industries. According to Regulations on Three Industries Classification (G.T.Z. [2012] No. 108) of National Bureau of Statistics, the scope of three industries has been adjusted. The primary industry refers to agriculture, forestry, animal production and hunting, fishing (excluding service activities for agriculture, forestry, animal production and hunting, fishing); secondary industry refers to mining and quarrying (excluding mining support service activities), manufacturing (excluding repair of fabricated metal products, machinery and equipment), production and distribution of electricity, heating power, gas and water and construction; the tertiary industry refers to others excluding the primary and secondary industries.
